How long will it take to make my order?

We aim to process all orders in 1-2 business days from the time of order. However, during busy periods our processing time may be a little longer as each item is handmade. We will update you and pop a message on the website if our processing times are longer than usual.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We aim to dispatch your order as between 1 to 2 working days of receiving it as everything is made to order.

Standard delivery (2-3 working days) – £3.50 – FREE on UK orders over £25. The basket total must be £25 or more after all discounts have been applied and does not include the cost of any postage.

Express* (1-2 Working days) – £6.00

*Express orders placed after 12.30pm Friday and at the weekends will arrive by the following Wednesday. Next day delivery is not available on Special Edition, bespoke or clip-on designs.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pay Later with Klarna.

Can I change my order after placing it online?

We are unable to make changes to your order after you have placed it. Please double check you are happy with your order before confirming.

What is our return/refund policy?

We really want you to love your Love Betty Jewellery as much as we do! However if for any reason you aren't totally happy with your purchase you can return your jewellery unworn in its original packaging within 14 days of purchasing for an exchange or refund. Please email us and we will let you know where you need to return your item to.

Faulty or damaged items

Please email us as soon as possible. We may then ask that you send the item back to us including details explaining the fault. As soon as it has arrived back with us we will send a replacement and refund any additional postage costs incurred.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns on faulty items after more than 28 days.
